The is designed with a residential tower positioned to the north of the site above a six-story parking garage of 236 parking spaces with a well landscaped park at the southwest corner of the site. The building’s main entrance is located near the center of the site with access from both Superior Street and Huron Street. Designed with a dramatic seven story glass curtain wall elevator shaft allowing for a breathtaking ride up the building when viewed from the glass backed elevators at the entrance to the property.				Designed in an international modern style, the poured in place concrete mondial has large, floor to ceiling full height glass panels in living, dining and kitchen areas of each residence, with smaller punched window openings providing light and ventilation to the more private bedroom areas. The exterior will have a painted finish above the second floor with large well-detailed stone panels at the pedestrian ground floor level. The entry lobby is architecturally modern with a minimalist design palette which features a twenty-two foot high lobby area and with 24-hour doorman service. Two high speed elevators will serve the 142-unit tower.
